NOVA — two video studio websites and the team's working hub.
NOVA runs two lines with different audiences: content for screens in venues and short videos for social media. We split them into two sites on one codebase, connected leads to Telegram and built a private hub where the team keeps materials, deals and the content plan.

The task
A venue owner with a screen at the till and a marketer who needs social videos respond to different arguments and prices. One site for both would blur the offers. Meanwhile the studio team needed a place where deals, materials and the publishing plan don't get lost in chats.
What's done
Two sites, one codebase
“Screens for business” and “video for social media” run on separate subdomains of one project, each with its own pages, sitemap and robots.
Video pricing calculator
The price depends on volume, options and rush — visitors see the total before they enquire.
Leads in Telegram
Enquiries, including a photo of the client's screen, arrive in Telegram tagged with the line and UTM parameters.
Russian and Kazakh
The video line is available in two languages.
A private team hub
Searchable materials, tasks, a deal pipeline with a next step for every deal, and the content plan — in one private app.
Interface
How it's built
- One Next.js project: middleware routes the allowed hosts, other addresses redirect permanently.
- Forms are validated on the server; photo enquiries add a honeypot and rate limiting.
- The hub is a separate lightweight app with server functions: changes sync between team members, and the core logic is covered by tests.
Not there yet
- Site leads don't flow into the hub pipeline automatically yet.
- The hub uses one shared team login, without separate permissions.
The hub is NOVA's private working system: we don't publish its screens or data. There are no sales or lead figures in this case — nobody measured them for this publication.
