Cloud and LLM cost calculator
Add your cost items — servers, database, storage, traffic, serverless, LLM tokens and subscriptions — and see the monthly budget, a projection as users and requests grow, a side-by-side comparison and the month your budget runs out. Enter prices yourself or use the price list with sources and check dates.

How it works
Cost items
Each item is a quantity, a price and a unit: servers by the hour, storage by gigabytes and requests, serverless by invocations and GB·s, LLMs by requests and tokens with caching and batch discounts. The total and each item's share update on every change.
Load growth
Each item grows with its own driver: users → requests → tokens, or data volume. Servers and seats are added in whole units. The projection covers 12, 24 or 36 months with a chart by category.
Option comparison
Up to three options side by side: month 1 and the last month, the horizon total with one-time costs, cost per user and per 1,000 requests, the month the cheaper option changes and the break-even of a migration.
Budget and report
A monthly budget shows the month it is exceeded. The display currency and rate are yours. Markdown/PDF report, CSV projection, JSON that loads back, and scenario versions.
Formulas and price sources
Servers, DB, traffic, seats, other
- Formula
- quantity × f (rounded up if “whole units”) × price × units per month (730 = hours)
Object storage
- Formula
- GB × f × price per GB·mo + thousand writes × f × price per 1,000 + thousand reads × f × price per 1,000
Serverless
- Formula
- max(0, M invocations × f − free) × price per 1M + max(0, GB·s − free) × price per GB·s; GB·s = invocations × duration (s) × memory (GB)
LLM tokens
- Formula
- requests = per day × f × days; (uncached input × price + cached input × cache price + output × output price) / 1M × (1 − batch share × batch discount)
Growth f in month m
- Formula
- users (1 + gu)^m; requests = users × (1 + gr)^m; tokens = requests × (1 + gt)^m; data (1 + gd)^m
Unit metrics
- Formula
- per user = cost / users that month; per 1,000 requests = cost / requests × 1,000
Break-even
- Formula
- the first month in which the sign of the cumulative cost difference (including one-time costs) flips
The price list contains only prices verified on the vendor's official page or public price API. If a price could not be verified (for example, the site fills it in with a script), it is not included — enter your own.

Limitations
- Tiered prices (for example, cheaper after 10 TB of traffic or 50 TB of storage) use a single price — the first tier from the list or your own.
- Free tiers are applied only where you enter them (serverless fields); for other items subtract them from the quantity yourself.
- Growth is compound at a constant monthly rate; seasonality, spikes and volume discounts are not modelled.
- The exchange rate is entered manually and stays constant over the horizon.
- People costs (development, maintenance, on-call) are not included — use Unit economics for those.
Privacy
- Everything runs in your browser: calculating never sends items, prices or names to a server or puts them in the page address. No exchange rates or prices are fetched from the internet.
- The calculation and versions are kept in this browser's localStorage; “Clear” deletes the calculation, and versions are deleted one by one.
- Analytics receives only the fact of loading the example or exporting and the file format — no amounts or names.
- The result reaches us only if you send a request yourself and keep the “Attach the result” box ticked — the form shows exactly what will be sent: the monthly total by item, the projection, the option comparison and the budget.
